• Coordinates training and change control activities • Works with process owners to ensure documentation is current • Implements and tracks key metrics to analyze performance • Implements workflow changes and corresponding policy/procedure updates • Ensures quality assurance controls are implemented • Serves as first line of defense for quality assurance processes • Implements and maintains a standard repository for processes and procedures • Coordinate and oversee audits and revisions of procedures • Ability to learn of have a fundamental understanding of the business unit • Support Operational Leaders with daily reconciliation • Research variances with Managers • Perform requirements gathering and documentation for report development • Loan level review and research as needed • Perform other related duties as assigned
• High School Diploma • College experience is a plus • 1 - 3 Years of client engagement/relationship management preferred • 5 - 7 Years of experience in servicing, residential mortgage underwriting, portfolio monitoring and issue resolution • Experience and/or knowledge regarding multiple mortgage loan products • Previous customer service experience in the financial industry • Demonstrated computer experience • Experience working in a paperless environment is beneficial
