📋 Description
• Understand the current state of the Solution Governance Process • Define future state process, tool, and technologies • Guide and drive implementation of future state • Enable and train the Architecture Community to ensure successful adoption of re-designed Solution Governance Tools and Process. • Additionally, you will collaborate with other EAM workstreams like Application Portfolio Management, Application Rationalization and Technology Risk and Compliance, providing guidance and advice.
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years of experience in Enterprise or Solution Architecture, with 5+ years focused on governance frameworks and processes. • Proven track record of designing and implementing Solution Governance frameworks in large, complex IT environments. • TOGAF Certification (or equivalent) preferred. • Expertise in EAM tools like ServiceNow APM LeanIX, BiZZdesign, or Sparx EA. • Deep knowledge of Business, Application, Data, and Infrastructure architecture domains and their interdependencies. • Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to align governance processes with organizational objectives. • Experience leading architecture review boards and managing exceptions while maintaining alignment with governance principles. • Proven ability to train and mentor architecture teams, delivering workshops and creating self-service resources. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess architectures and recommend improvements. • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts and influencing diverse audiences.
