• Lead a highly technical and tenured team through the software development life cycle • Develop and execute strategic corporate objectives across a broad organization • Guide work direction for individuals and multiple teams • Evaluate and assess technologies and tools to support the engineering effort • Communicate effectively and friction-free to the organization and across the company
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or an appropriate combination of education and experience in an engineering discipline • 10+ years of experience leading and building development teams with a variety of disciplines and including supervisors and/or managers • Experience developing and executing strategic corporate objectives across a broad organization • Experience with the key components in the life-cycle of shipping software: prioritization, scoping, estimating, developing, testing and QA, documentation, release management, and support • Experience working in a SaaS environment • Proven track record of product delivery and effective team building • Demonstrable understanding of industry best practices in Software Development methodologies
