Description
• CrazyGames, a fast-growing browser games platform with 35M monthly active users, is looking for a VP of Monetization (REMOTE). • You take responsibility for both our programmatic and direct advertising revenues. • Growing these ad revenues is critical to our mission to build the global market-leading casual browser games platform. • Familiarity with our ad stack, partners, ad behavior, and processes within 1 month. • Document ad behavior fully and find at least 3 opportunities that improve revenue by at least 0.5% within 3 months. • Consistently identify revenue trends and follow up on major initiatives that increase revenue by >1% each within 6 months. • Source, select, and negotiate with potential partners, contributing to 15% of revenue in their respective local markets within 12 months.
Requirements
• You are intelligent, efficient, pragmatic, and organized. • You have experience in sourcing and negotiating with partners and vendors. • You are able to understand technical as well as legal concepts around programmatic advertising. • You have an eye for detail and for the big picture. • You can quickly spot patterns in large amounts of data. • You have a deep understanding of the advertising market, including the programmatic market from a publisher perspective.
