📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Producer to join our team for the production of many Reelshort Mobisode Series with Elastic Heart Studio. • As the Producer, you will be responsible for assisting the Head of Studio in overseeing aspects of production from concept development to final delivery. • This role requires strong organizational skills, creative vision, a genuine love for romance and romance in media, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals. • Assists Head of Studio in the management of all aspects of production, from pre-production to post-production. • Monitor the progress of production, troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments as required. • Work closely with writers, directors, and other creative team members to develop compelling visual concepts for each mobisode. • Maintain the overall creative vision and quality standards of Elastic Heart Studio projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Producer in film or television production, with a strong portfolio of successful projects. • Proven experience in the romance genre in film, television, or other media. • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. • Creative vision and the ability to provide constructive feedback to creative team members. • Knowledge of the film and television industry, including current trends and emerging technologies. • Master's degree in film, communications, or related field preferred, but not required. • Minimum 5 years experience required.
