• Support the CEO, by leading all accounting operations. • Coordinate annual financial audits and quarterly reviews. • Implement and maintain adequate accounting and internal controls. • Coordinate the Company’s annual internal control audit and risk assessment. • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results. • Assist with the preparation of materials and presentations for the Audit Committee and Board of Directors. • Manage the Treasury function and cash projection forecast for VRA. • Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or similar • CPA with Big 4 experience preferred • Experience in multiple industries • Progressive experience in senior finance leadership roles • Ability to analyze complex situations, identify key issues, and solve problems • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and experience with conversions and implementations • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Client service focused mentality
