Description

PURPOSE/OVERVIEW: To provide administrative coordination for Thrive as it supports congregations and local ministry leaders. • This role is designed to fill a Maternity Leave vacancy for a fixed term of 18 months. • The CRCNA exhibits love for the diversity of the human family and encourages all to apply.

Requirements

Able to support the mission, vision, and values of the CRCNA. • Advanced verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Excellent event planning skills. • Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures is preferred. • Demonstrated intermediate proficiency in commonly used computer applications. • Demonstrated maturity and ability to perform well under stress. • Proven ability to be self-motivated, work independently with minimal direction and collaboratively within a team environment. • Proven ability to plan and organize tasks and responsibilities including multitasking, setting priorities and deadlines, etc., and very attentive to detail. • Ability and willingness to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers and external contacts. • Possess a commitment to Christ and the mission of the church, with an understanding of church structure preferred. • Possess a deserved reputation for integrity and trust.
