• The Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health of the organization. • Lead the financial planning, analysis, and reporting efforts across the organization. • Provide insights that drive decision-making and ensure compliance with financial regulations. • Optimize the company’s fiscal strategies by collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams. • Monitor key financial metrics and recommend actions to optimize performance.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CFA preferred). • 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. • Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards. • Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. • Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems). • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
