📋 Description
• Entwicklung, Verbesserung und Kommunikation der unternehmensweiten Informationssicherheitspolitik, Standards und Richtlinien • Steuerung des Informationssicherheits-Risikomanagements • Bearbeitung von Informationssicherheitsvorfällen • Steuerung und Verbesserung der bestehenden Prozesse im ISMS und BCMS • Leitung und Durchführung von Sensibilisierungskampagnen und Schulung der Mitarbeiter zu informationssicherheitsrelevanten Themen • Mitwirkung und Aufbereitung von Daten für interne und externe IT-Audits • Durchführung und Leitung von internen Informationssicherheitsaudits • Management und Weiterentwicklung von ISMS und BCMS • Beratung der internen Geschäfts- und Serviceeinheiten sowie der IT-Teams zum Thema Informationssicherheit
🎯 Requirements
• Fundierte Kenntnisse von Informationssicherheitsrahmenwerken (z.B. MARisk, BAIT, BSI, ISO, NIST, PCI-DSS), Technologien, Tools (z.B. DLP, IDS, IPS, GRC) und Best Practices (z.B. Sicherheitsautomatisierung, ITIL, RiskIT, Cobit) • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und/oder Pflege von ISMS und BCMS • Erfahrung in IT-Betrieb, IT-Architektur, Prozessmanagement, Qualitätsmanagement oder Informationssicherheitsberatung • Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Sicherheit • Kenntnisse von Technologien und Methoden zur Risikobewertung • Analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz • Erfahrung in der pragmatischen Umsetzung normativer und regulatorischer Anforderungen • Agile Methodik und Out-of-the-Box-Denken • Starke Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten • Erfahrungen im Konfliktmanagement sind wünschenswert • Hervorragender Teamplayer am Arbeitsplatz • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
