📋 Description
• Product Owner für eines unser Softwareprodukte (Crealogix Funding Portal) • Verwaltung und Priorisierung des Modul-Backlogs entsprechend der Produktstrategie • Ausarbeitung von Konzepten zur Weiterentwicklung des Produktes • Verfassen / Priorisieren und Erläutern von Epics und User Stories in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklerteam • Definition der Abnahmekriterien sowie der „Definition of done" gemäss den Crealogix-Standards • Abnahme der Entwicklungsergebnisse und verifizierender Ergebnisse im Sinne einer Geschäftslösung • Fortlaufende Begleitung und Priorisierung zum Fortschritt der Releaseentwicklung • Stetige Pflege und Aktualisierung der erforderlichen (Produkt-)Dokumentationen • Zusammenarbeit mit den Stakeholdern, um die für die nächste Produktiteration erforderlichen Schritte zu identifizieren und zu organisieren, einschließlich der Koordination von Abhängigkeiten mit anderen POs • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung der Produktvision • Koordinieren der Integration von Lösungen von Drittanbietern, um spezifische Anwendungsfälle zu adressieren, von der Evaluation und Kommunikation bis zur Implementierung, Roadmap und Wartung
🎯 Requirements
• Erfolgreicher Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder gleichwertiger Berufsabschluss • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Product Owner • Erfahrung in der agilen Softwareentwicklung (z.B. SCRUM) • Ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Zeitmanagement • Proaktives selbständiges Arbeiten und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit • Zertifikate oder Ausbildungen in agiler Methodik und/oder Product Owner sind von Vorteil (z.B. Certified Agile Product Owner) • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch • Nice to have: Fachwissen im Bereich öffentliche Verwaltung und öffentliche Förderung • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen innerhalb Deutschlands
