Description

• Product Owner for one of our software products (Crealogix Funding Portal). • Management and prioritization of the module backlog according to the product strategy. • Drafting concepts for the further development of the product. • Writing, prioritizing, and explaining epics and user stories in close collaboration with the development team. • Definition of acceptance criteria and the 'Definition of Done' per Crealogix standards. • Acceptance of development results and verification in terms of a business solution. • Ongoing monitoring and prioritization of release development progress. • Continuous maintenance and updating of necessary (product) documentation. • Collaboration with stakeholders to identify and organize steps needed for the next product iteration, including coordination of dependencies with other POs. • Participation in the development of the product vision. • Coordination of the integration of third-party solutions to address specific application cases, from evaluation and communication to implementation, roadmap, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Successful university degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent. • Several years of professional experience as a Product Owner. • Experience in agile software development (e.g., SCRUM). • Excellent organizational skills and time management. • Proactive independent work and assertiveness. • Certifications or training in agile methodology and/or Product Ownership are advantageous (e.g., Certified Agile Product Owner). • Fluent language skills in German and English. • Knowledge in public administration and public funding is a nice to have. • Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany.
