📋 Description

• Responsible for the design and execution of various formats. • Refine design concepts and maintain brand and licensing consistency. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements. • Communicate effectively with editorial and production teams. • Self-manage workload to meet deadlines and prioritize accordingly.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of design experience in a publishing environment. • Strong design skills with a focus on typography, color theory, and book design for illustrated books and novel formats. • Highly proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong knowledge of pre-press and 1-color and 4-color printing process. • Layout design expertise with an emphasis in print publishing. • Highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and manage time efficiently. • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in large group setting.
