📋 Description
• As a working student, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks that are essential to our investment process and fund operations. • You will gain hands-on experience by: • Assisting in market research, industry analysis, and investment thesis development • Supporting due diligence efforts, including investment memoranda, reference call, financial modeling and valuation work • Engaging with potential portfolio companies and working closely with our investment team throughout the deal process • Taking ownership of operational and reporting workstreams • This is an exciting opportunity for those interested in the intersection of global venture capital, healthcare technology and the entrepreneurial work at an emerging fund.
🎯 Requirements
• Ideally you have completed two internships in venture capital, growth or private equity, investment banking or strategy consulting (healthcare and pharma related experience is a plus) • A demonstrated interest in venture capital and the tech sector • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and valuation • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Notion, Affinity is a plus) • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams independently • Intellectual curiosity, you enjoy working hypothesis driven • Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)
