• We`re seeking an HR Administrator Middle/Senior (Global Markets) to join our HR Operations Team • This position is responsible for providing administrative support across various HR Operations processes • This role involves maintaining employee records • Managing HR documentation • Preparing HR reports • Onboarding, termination, employee transfers processes • The HR Administrator acts as a key point of contact for employee inquiries • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with employment regulations • Coordinate new hire onboarding process • Arrange internal transfers and terminations • Maintain accurate employee records • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information • Administer employee leave policies • Collaborate with EORs to facilitate employee transfers • Track and maintain accurate records of employee attendance, absences, and leave balances • Maintenance of the organizational structure • Develop new/keeping up-to-date existing HR policies and procedures • Assist with HR compliance efforts • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs • Assist with HR projects and initiatives
• Over 3- years proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Operations Analyst, or similar role • Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations • Familiarity with HR software and systems • Proficient in Ukrainian, English —B2 • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
