Description
• Lead and mentor a team of 7 designers, researchers, and UX writers • Contribute to product strategy • Oversee end-to-end research and product design process • Champion design-led OKRs • Establish and improve design processes, tools, and methodologies
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, or related field • 8 years of experience in design with focus on digital products • 3 years of supervisory experience • Collaboration experience with product, engineering, and business teams • Proven track-record of helping others develop in research, product design, and UX writing • Compelling portfolio showcasing design leadership and strategic thinking • Experience driving continuous improvement in team processes
