Description

• Oversee a specialized group of accounts within the Insurance Department • Handle all accounts that have a property damage claim against the vehicle • Ensure Credit Acceptance’s interest is listed on any Insurance settlement check • Process all paperwork necessary to complete GAP claims for consumers • Settle insurance claims quickly and compliantly • Communicate with cross functional departments in settling claims

Requirements

• Speak clearly, professionally and articulately on the telephone • Talk and type at the same time • Comfortable with repetitive tasks • Sit and talk on the phone with a headset for up to 90% of the day • Operate office equipment (copy machines, fax, telephone, and keyboard) • Document account notes clearly and efficiently • Work independently and in a team environment • 1 year minimum experience in customer service and/or collections in a call center environment • High school diploma or GED • Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish • Have a high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 15mbps download speed
