🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with expertise in Ruby, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Python. • Experience with data pipelines and background jobs. • Hands-on experience with AI technologies, particularly with LLMs and the crewAI framework, or a strong willingness to learn. • Knowledge of multi-agent systems. • Founder mentality: an entrepreneurial spirit, capable of driving projects forward with minimal supervision. • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, suited for a remote work environment. • A passion for open-source contribution and ongoing personal and professional development. • Nice to have: Experience with Kafka and Clickhouse • Nice to have: Experience building enterprise software
