As the Chief Marketing Officer at CrewBloom, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand, driving revenue growth, and leading innovative marketing strategies to scale the company. • You will take ownership of the overall marketing vision and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals while managing a lean but high-performing marketing team. • This position requires a seasoned leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by getting his/her hands dirty, executes marketing initiatives, excels at digital marketing, and is passionate about building brand visibility and market influence. • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Define and execute a robust marketing strategy aligned with company objectives to drive growth and revenue. • Brand Positioning: Develop and refine CrewBloom’s value proposition and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. • Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and oversee go-to-market strategies for entry and growth. • Innovation: Stay ahead of trends, integrating cutting-edge marketing technologies and approaches. • Budgeting and Forecasting: Identify the budget needed to run all marketing campaigns and share the target ROI. • Growth and Revenue Optimization: Design and oversee high-impact lead generation campaigns. • Pipeline Management: Partner closely with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals. • Performance Metrics: Set and track KPIs for marketing effectiveness, continuously optimizing ROI. • Partnerships: Identify and foster strategic partnerships to extend CrewBloom's market reach. • Digital Marketing and Content Strategy: Lead a comprehensive digital strategy across media channels. • Content Leadership: Oversee the creation of high-quality, impactful content. • Analytics and Insights: Leverage data and analytics to guide decision-making. • Team Leadership and Operational Excellence: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team. • Establish streamlined systems for optimizing marketing operations. • Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams for effective marketing execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of solid marketing leadership experience, including a proven track record of driving revenue growth in B2B or staffing/outsourcing industries. • Experience working in startups, SaaS companies, or outsourcing companies is preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., GA4). • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable strategies. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills. • Experience scaling marketing teams in high-growth organizations. • Deep knowledge of organic lead generation. • Familiarity with marketing in the staffing or outsourcing industry is preferred.
