Track engagement and recommend improvements. • Email Marketing: Set up, format, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Content Creation: Create visuals for social media, blogs, and other marketing purposes using tools like Canva. • Blog & Website Management: Manage blog post formatting and scheduling through WordPress, ensuring content is SEO-optimized. • Video & Podcast Coordination: Manage YouTube video uploads and weekly podcast marketing, including descriptions, social copy, images, and platform publishing. • AI Tools & Innovation: Leverage AI tools to generate content ideas and streamline marketing efforts. • Guest & Prospect Research: Research potential podcast guests and prospects, using defined criteria to expand our network. • Marketing Effectiveness: Track and analyze marketing performance, suggesting new strategies or tactics for growth and improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in coordinating and managing effective B2B marketing strategies. • Familiarity with driving organic engagement on platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube. • Proficiency with tools such as Canva, WordPress, ConvertKit, Captivate, Castmagic, or similar. • Basic graphic design skills. • Strong writing and communication abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. • A passion for marketing—whether it’s content creation, planning, or measurement, you love it all. • A track record of getting things done and consistently delivering results. • The ability to work independently, with flexibility and autonomy to decide the best way to achieve goals. • Someone who thrives on high expectations and strives to make a meaningful impact. • A desire to contribute to the world through your work and an interest in employee engagement, well-being, and leadership.
