📋 Description
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual planning processes for marketing and GTM functions. • Design and implement scalable processes that improve marketing and GTM effectiveness. • Lead special projects that deliver transformative value to marketing and GTM organizations. • Analyze performance trends, identify gaps, and provide data-driven recommendations. • Collaborate with leadership to develop high-quality materials for key meetings.
🎯 Requirements
• 5–8+ years in Marketing, GTM, or revenue operations in B2B SaaS, or a fast-paced growth environment. • Hands-on experience building and maintaining operating frameworks. • Experience developing new operational processes, driving improvements, and managing our operating cadence. • Advanced analytical skills and experience working with metrics, dashboards, and KPIs. • Capable of identifying and solving complex problems. • Excellent verbal and visual communication skills. • Ability to navigate ambiguity, achieve positive outcomes, and foster collaboration.
