• Reports to the VP, Regulatory Affairs and leads advertising compliance • Reviews advertising and promotional communications for regulatory compliance • Primary liaison with the FDA Office of Prescription Drug Promotion • Oversees MLR committee and documentation systems • Monitors competitor advertising materials and provides strategic input
• Bachelor’s or M.S./Ph.D. degree in scientific area • Minimum of 15 years with a Bachelor’s, or 13 years with an MS/PhD of relevant Regulatory Affairs experience • Minimum of 10 years supervisory experience • Thorough knowledge of FDA advertising and promotion regulations • Experience with MLR or promotional review committees • Excellent negotiation skills • Strong organizational skills • Ability to meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
