• Help implement, educate, and train clients on the Crisalix SaaS platform. • Provide mentorship and guidance through knowledge of the platform solutions. • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with clients throughout their journey. • Encourage refresher training and training on new functionalities. • Identify client concerns and additional commercial opportunities with the sales team. • Ensure client access to all online learning resources.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Tech support or/and Sales within a B2B SaaS or SW company. • Fluent/Native in Spoken and written Thai, plus a good level of English (B1+). • Excellent judgement with consultative, problem solving, and escalation resolution skills. • Customer support focused with the ability to convey knowledge to clients at varying technical levels. • Superior written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate clearly and compellingly. • Strongly sales-oriented hands-on personality with customer service orientation. • Organised and enthusiastic attitude, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail. • Experience in B2B and luxury/niche B2C companies/the aesthetic industry and or medical field is a plus. • Background in tech support and/or sales. • Empathetic and patient with a strong desire to give the best possible training and support. • Resilient, enjoy ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment. • Ability to follow the process and maintain confidentiality.
