Description

• Work fully remotely to train and assist clients on SaaS platform integration and usage. • Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients for support throughout the customer journey. • Provide mentorship and guidance to ensure optimum usage of platform capabilities. • Encourage refresher and new training to enhance client experience with platform. • Tailor teaching methods to client's understanding speed and provide hands-on training experience with technology. • Work with C-Suite to maintain CS processes and identify client concerns. • Manage customer retention and feedback, escalating issues to marketing and development teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in tech support or sales within a B2B SaaS or SW company. • Must be based in Seoul or Busan, South Korea. • Fluent/Native in Spoken and written Korean, plus good level of English (B2+). • Excellent judgement with consultative, problem solving, and escalation resolution skills. • Customer support focused with ability to convey knowledge to clients with differing levels of existing technical knowledge. • Superior written and verbal communication skills. • Strongly sales-oriented and hands-on personality with customer service orientation. • Organised and enthusiastic attitude with keen eye for accuracy and detail. • Experience working in B2B and luxury/niche B2C companies/aesthetic industry or medical field preferred. • Tech support or sales background valued. • Empathy and patience with strong desire for training and support. • Resilience, agility in fast-paced environment, and brand ambassador mindset essential.
