• We are looking for Sales Development Representative/appointment setter (SDR) to enlarge our APAC team for Japan • This job is fully working from home-based/Remote • You will have a freelance contract with both an hourly rate and a generous bonus per qualified appointment • This role is for the Japanese market, in which you develop sales-qualified leads from scratch within your given account list • Working hours are based on the working hours of the region you cover (Japan)

Requirements

• Fluent/Native Japanese speaker and professional level of English, both spoken and written • 1+ years Sales or customer service experience, ideally by telephone • Cold calling/Outbound calling experience ideal • Tech savvy • Experience of CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.) an advantage

Benefits

• $10 per hour base gross • On top bonus depending on KPI's bonus per appointment • Regular local clinic working hours • Weekends off • Paid training period • Freelance contract
