• Location: Fully remote within the EU. • We are looking for an SEA Performance Manager for a partner agency specializing in Google Ads and E-Commerce. • This agency works with rising B2C brands, managing high-budget campaigns and driving their growth toward market leadership. • If you thrive in a dynamic, young team and want to expand your skills in a flexible remote setup, this role is perfect for you!

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally in E-Commerce. • Proven success in scaling campaigns with high budgets (€50,000+/month). • Familiarity with Google Merchant Center, conversion tracking, and tools like Triple Whale or Hyros (nice-to-have). • Language Skills: German: Native or C2 level. English: Fluent (minimum B2 level). • Skills: Strong technical understanding and analytical thinking to craft data-driven strategies. • Creativity in designing ad copies and innovative campaign approaches. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both clients and teams. • Personality: Proactive and solution-oriented approach. • Adaptable to a fast-paced and growing environment. • Excited to grow in a young team (ideal age: 20–27).
