• Przynajmniej 4 lata doświadczenia z Servicenow (wiedza techniczna, funkcjonalna oraz konfiguracja i wdrażanie) • Certyfikacja: ServiceNow CSA ora CIS – CSM • Co najmniej 3 lata doświadczenia w roli konsultanta ukierunkowanej na wspieranie interesariuszy we wdrażaniu nowych rozwiązań • Doświadczenie z ServiceNow Customer Service Managemnt (CSM) • Znajomość technologii obsługi klienta takich jak IVR, chatboty, knowladge management • Doświadczenie w modelach biznesowych CSM (B2B, B2C) • Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne, analityczne i organizacyjne; zdolność do samodzielnej pracy i podejmowania odpowiedzialności • Komunikatywność, umiejętność tworzenia i prowadzenia zespołów oraz duża samodzielność • Znajomość podejścia Agile przy rozwoju oprogramowania • Angielski na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację w zespole
