• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Experience in sales, preferably in B2B software or specialty coffee industry • Deep understanding of specialty coffee market • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • A self-starter attitude • Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) • Experience using CRM tools and sales software • Previous experience in a remote work environment • Passion for specialty coffee
