Description

Handling incoming phone calls from customers, answering their questions and resolving their concerns regarding orders (returns, complaints, late shipments, damaged goods), customer accounts, invoices, etc. If you've never done anything like this before, don't despair, we'll be happy to teach you everything.

Requirements

• Excellent communication in German • Pleasant demeanor, good communication skills, and customer-oriented approach • Computer proficiency and eagerness to learn • Ability to work shifts between Monday and Sunday from 09:00 to 22:00, including public holidays and weekends. Part-timers are also accepted.
