• Respond to inbound customer inquiries in Croatian through various communication channels. • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services. • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. • Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Fluency in Croatian (C1/C2 level or native speaker); • Good command of English (B2 level); • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is a plus; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively; • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software; • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts.
