• On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Czech Customer service representative for the Tech industry. • If you want to turn your passion for Smartphones and the latest technology into action in customer service helping people with their devices and creating unique experiences then Apply here! • What You’ll be Doing • Manage inbound calls/chat/emails and customer service inquiries; • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information; • Identify customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction; • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents;
