• 3-5 years of Private Equity / FP&A / Professional services / other finance-related work experience • Business focused but tech-enabled mindset • Proficiency in analyzing large datasets • Ability to communicate insights through visualization tools • Knowledge with data systems like Snowflake or Microsoft Azure • Proven experience in requirements gathering • Critical thinking and creativity • Experience with development of algorithms using R and/or Python • Knowledge of project management methodologies • Understanding of key finance processes • Experience in supporting Large Enterprise organizations preferred • Strong attention to detail • Demonstrated track record of establishing credibility • Creativity, confidence, and an agile mindset • High Energy, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial spirit
