Description
• Oversee compliance and program management for LO Compensation • Ensure accurate implementation of compensation policies • Manage monitoring & testing functions related to compensation • Collaborate with stakeholders across compliance, finance, operations, and technology • Develop and maintain a robust monitoring & testing framework for LO compensation compliance
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education/experience • 3+ years of experience in compensation, compliance, or audit management within mortgage or financial services industry • Proficiency with Encompass, Compensafe, Tableau, or equivalent systems • Experience in compliance management or related field • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent prioritization and time management skills
