• Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing CrossFit’s social media strategy • Oversee CrossFit's social media presence, driving engagement, and developing innovative campaigns to enhance the brand • Lead the development of integrated social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion • Stay updated on evolving industry trends and emerging social media platforms • Foster a strong and engaged community across social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and positively • Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of social media campaigns and provide detailed reports to key stakeholders • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and product development, to ensure social media strategies align with overall business objectives • Work closely with influencers and partners to amplify the brand's reach and impact

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus • Proven experience (8 years) in social media management, preferably within the sports or health and fitness industry
