• Do you want to SOLVE HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS' PROBLEMS? • Analysis and resolution of credit balances • Quality Assurance checks for accuracy • Follow up with payers for claim status • Prepare adjustment requests and documentation
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma / GED (or higher) • Must have completed required modules • Must have access to a personal computer or laptop. Chrome Book not allowed • Must have a quiet and private work environment • High proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications • Basic understanding of medical terminology for billing and account resolution • A focused, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work • Excellent indirect and direct communication skills • Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen • Ability to perform critical work under deadlines • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Ability to work in a changing environment and handle multiple tasks
