📋 Description

• Crossvale is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager (PM) to lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion. • The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, aligning with client objectives. • The PM will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources effectively, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus. • 10+ years of proven experience in project management. Prior experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master in Application Development projects is highly preferred. • Experience leading projects with Agile, Kanban, or similar frameworks to ensure flexibility and responsiveness in project execution. • Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. • Deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with proficiency in using project management software (knowledge of Forecast App is a plus).
