• Manage the delivery of breakout sessions, session scheduling, speaker prep and communications and all on site session logistics while working and forming strong partnerships with internal team members and external agency partners to ensure a successful attendee experience. • Work directly with session content owners to communicate deliverables, deadlines and expectations, to ensure measured results. • Develop and manage content status reports and post event session surveys and session data to share key learnings and actionable insights for future planning. • Develop process to syndicate event content into marketing campaigns post-event; enabling event content to function as a marketing content generator. • Research and understand event industry content delivery trends/best practices and share those across the team. • This role works closely with internal cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Sales, Legal, Analyst Relations, Operations, as well as external partners and agencies.
• 10+ years content marketing experience • Ability to multi-task, manage high volume projects, strong attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving • Collaborate, consult and influence leaders and stakeholders within the function, across functions and outside of the organization • Understanding of event content management platforms • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across global teams • Expected travel: 20% - may fluctuate based on business needs • Bonus Points: Executing global events • Experience using GenAI tools • High energy, can-do personality and ability to thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment
