Requirements
• 5+ years of experience working in a cloud-based program/project management capacity. • Cybersecurity, SaaS and/or IT operations are the closest and most obvious fields for candidates to come from. • Enjoy (use the word FUN!) leading cross-functional teams to complete projects with multiple dependencies and constraints. • Tactfully and directly facilitate conversations to prioritize, manage tradeoffs, identify gaps and risks, drive accountability, and measure successes. • Must exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and have the ability to make logical & fast decisions. • Demonstrate self-learning capabilities, taking initiative in a fast paced/quickly changing environment. • Proven risk management and strategic/critical thinking skills. • Technical know-how to include automation, data input, and the use of software to selectively share access to project data, strategic planning, budget management, and program operations – and reporting appropriately and timely.
