Description

• CrowdStrike is looking for an Experienced Network Engineer who has solid track records for building and operating hyper-scale hybrid cloud networks. • You will be responsible for deployment and lifecycle of our data center network infrastructure. • You will own and drive initiatives to keep our data center network running optimally and to increase quality and velocity of our network deployments. • Deploy, configure and manage a multi-vendor, multi-region hybrid cloud networks at scale. • Initiate and drive initiatives to improve quality and velocity of network deployments. • Develop and implement best practices to maintain the reliability and efficiency of production network. • Collaborate with partners, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the seamless operation and sustained reliability of a global network infrastructure. • Develop scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks and to improve our network visibility. • Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations.

Requirements

• Proven track record in driving projects to completion independently with minimal supervision • 7+ years of experience in building and operating multi-vendor, multi-region production networks • Expert in various routing and switching protocols, such as IPv6, MP-BGP, OSPF, ISIS, EVPN, VxLAN, QoS, IPSEC, MACsec • Extensive experience in deploying and maintaining large networks using scripts (bash, python, go) or automation frameworks (Ansible, Chef, Terraform) • Working experience in deploying and supporting connectivity on public cloud, such as AWS, GCP, Azure • Experience working for hyperscalers or large Cloud Service Providers (bonus) • Experience in deploying and maintaining whitebox switches and open-source network OS (bonus)
