📋 Description
• CrowdStrike is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test III (SDET) to join the Platform Flight Control Team. • Responsible for developing automation and building tools that ensure the quality, reliability, and accuracy of a globally distributed, fault-tolerant, highly scalable cloud ecosystem using Golang. • You should have a strong interest in CrowdStrike’s mission and a willingness to engage with the needs of our product teams and customers. • You’ll be joining the Platform team responsible for Multi-Tenancy and MSSP, focusing on customers that manage multiple Crowdstrike Customers under them. • Contribute to existing tools, frameworks, and related solutions • Plan, design, develop, verify, deploy, and maintain automated test suites • Analyze product, system, and feature designs for flaws and improvements • Validate and verify customer-facing features, end-to-end, across the product platform. • Be part of engineering efforts turning rapid prototypes into large-scale core services.
🎯 Requirements
• Overall 5+ years in Quality Assurance out of which at least 3+ years is in test automation development or experience / as an SDET • Solid experience in OOP, data structures, algorithms, distributed systems • Experience working with Web Services – JSON or REST / gRPC / RPC / XML • Experience with running services in Kubernetes • Deep understanding of distributed systems and scalability challenges • Deep understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, and parallel processing technologies • Team player skills – we embrace collaborating as a team as much as possible • A thorough understanding of engineering best practices from appropriate testing paradigms to effective peer code reviews and resilient architecture • The ability to thrive in a fast paced, test-driven, collaborative and iterative programming environment • The skills to meet your commitments on time and produce high quality software that is unit tested, code reviewed, and checked in regularly for continuous integration
