Description

• Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient automated testing architecture • Build and guide the end-to-end release automation for all of our releasable entities • Collaborate closely with engineering teams, operations teams, release management team and various stakeholders across the organization • Act as a technical and thought leader for quality assurance practices • Thrive in hands-on coding environment, leading by example in crafting solutions with the big picture in mind • Navigate and manage ambiguity while delivering innovative solutions

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a strong focus on test automation • Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale test automation frameworks • Expert-level proficiency in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C# • Experience with testing tools, and best practices (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber) • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) • In-depth knowledge of various testing methodologies: behavior, functional, performance, unit, security, contract, etc. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to lead and mentor a team of SDETs
