• We're Cruise, a self-driving service designed for the cities we love. • We’re building the world’s most advanced self-driving vehicles. • The Fleet Management team orchestrates the Autonomous Vehicles Fleet for RideHail and Delivery operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience building and shipping mission critical, high availability and complex software products • Experience building and leading engineering teams including staff technical engineers/Tech Leads • Experience with microservice-based architectures and common cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure • Self-motivation and passion to lead your teams, encourage best practices, and constantly set the standard • BS, MS or PhD in CS, EE, or equivalent real-world experience
