• Work closely with the client's Marketing team under Salesforce practice managers. • Ensure project best practices for automating marketing and managing leads effectively.
• 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce Pardot and Salesforce CRM for campaign automation, lead segmentation, and list management. • Experience with automated email campaigns, including journey mapping, and pre- and post-event communications. • Strong knowledge of lead scoring models, engagement tracking, and routing processes. • Ability to track event performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization. • Skills in reporting, analysis, and providing recommendations based on email campaign performance. • Experience in optimizing Pardot forms, user journeys, and MarTech infrastructure. • Strong attention to detail for QA of lead lists and ensuring campaign accuracy. • Ability to set up and automate monthly reporting, with troubleshooting skills. • Experience in training and supporting marketers on MarTech tools like Pardot and Salesforce.
