Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience , with a focus on both custom development and architectural best practices. • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud , with experience in configuring and customizing the platform to meet complex business needs. • Demonstrated experience in Salesforce architecture and an ability to create scalable, optimized solutions. • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and triggers ; familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft is a plus. • Exceptional communication skills for interfacing with non-technical stakeholders and collaborating across teams. • Strong experience with Salesforce best practices, standards, and compliance, with the ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship. • Proven ability to work independently, proactively engaging stakeholders as needed and delivering solutions that align with business goals. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. • Understanding of Salesforce data modeling. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models, governor limits, and performance optimization techniques. • Expertise in Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration patterns in Salesforce. • Proven ability to design and implement complex workflows, triggers, and batch processes. • Expertise in Apex, SOQL and SOSL. • Expertise in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. • Expertise in version control systems (i.e. Git). • Familiarity in third party deployment tools (i.e. Gearset or Copado). • Experience with Salesforce DX, DevOps processes, and continuous integration.
