• We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. • In this role, you will work on various ServiceNow modules, including ITSM (Service Desk/Tickets), ITOM (CMDB/Change Management), and API/AI-driven Automated Workflows. • The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow development and expertise in creating integrations and automation solutions within the platform.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, including ITSM, ITOM, and related modules. • Strong proficiency in creating workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and API integrations. • Experience with CMDB, Change Management, and automation of workflows. • Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and ServiceNow platform architecture. • Proficiency in integrating with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs. • Familiarity with ServiceNow's AI-driven solutions and automation tools. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment. • Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Bonus if you have: ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified System Administrator (CSA) are beneficial but not mandatory. • Experience working in Agile development environments.
