• Community Team Specialist serves as Crumbl’s voice online • Responsible for controlling the online narrative about Crumbl and it's competitors • Collect user generated content for Social Managers to leverage in online posting strategy • Provide Surprise & Delight opportunities where applicable and execute all required tasks from start to finish
