📋 Description
• Cryptio is building the data infrastructure for the crypto economy, helping businesses and institutions automate financial reporting and compliance for digital assets. • Looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and scale engineering teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Balance technical leadership, project management, team management, and strategic execution, ensuring a high-performing, scalable, and secure platform. • Work closely with Product, Design, and Leadership to drive innovation and shape the future of crypto. • Unique opportunity to shape Cryptio's engineering culture, practices, and future direction.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including hands-on coding. • 3+ years of engineering leadership experience (as an Engineering Manager, Lead Engineer, or equivalent). • Strong technical background in advanced backend or full-stack development, with experience in data heavy systems. • Experience working with modern backend stacks (Rust or Node.js) and databases (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse). • Familiarity with AWS. • Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams. • Ability to coach and mentor engineers, fostering career growth and strong team dynamics. • Strong project management skills. • Experience in hiring, performance management, and scaling teams in a startup environment. • Previous experience in fintech, crypto, or financial software is a strong plus. • Understanding of blockchain, digital assets, and financial reporting/compliance.
