• 3-4 years of technical recruitment experience • at least 1-2 years focused on international markets • Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal) • Proven success in managing 10-12 active roles simultaneously • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Demonstrated ability to stay calm under pressure • Deep understanding of recruitment trends, tools, and best practices • Passion for continuous improvement
