• 3-4 years of technical recruitment experience • Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal) • Proven success in managing 10-12 active roles simultaneously and consistently delivering on hiring targets • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, thriving in a distributed global team • Demonstrated ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple deadlines • Deep understanding of recruitment trends, tools, and best practices, with a passion for continuous improvement
