Description

• Develop and implement global marketing strategies focused on institutional and governmental sectors. • Oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. • Design and optimize customer journeys to enhance user experience and retention. • Lead and mentor a global, cross-functional marketing team. • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams. • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape. • Manage the marketing budget for ROI and growth goals. • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs). • Maintain global brand consistency while adapting strategies to meet regional market demands. • Stay ahead of marketing trends and technologies for continual improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a blockchain/crypto-focused RegTech/FinTech SaaS company. • In-depth knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency markets is mandatory. • Proven experience marketing to institutional and governmental clients is essential. • Extensive experience in global B2B marketing, including demand generation, content strategy, digital marketing, and brand management. • Strong understanding of how to market to compliance departments, financial institutions, and governmental agencies. • Demonstrated success in leading and inspiring diverse, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot). • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, including industry leaders and partners. • Ability to thrive in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and driving revenue growth. • Experience in launching and scaling marketing initiatives across multiple regions, with sensitivity to cultural nuances and market-specific differences.
