• Work with lead artist to ensure consistency of environment assets • Understand and follow style guides for game consistency • Create believable environments within CRYENGINE • Supervise and mentor junior artists • Explore new technologies for best results • Work within inter-disciplinary teams • Coordinate with level design and production
• 5+ years experience in game development • Expert understanding of current game art processes • Strong ability to create realistic environments in a real-time engine • Strong knowledge of 3ds Max or Blender, Photoshop, Substance Designer / Painter and Zbrush • Strong knowledge of common real-time game engines • Established interpersonal and organizational skills • Ability to manage and supervise mid-level and junior artists • Good English communication and writing skills • Positive, problem-solving and team-oriented attitude • Portfolio demonstrating environment art, high and low poly modeling, texturing, technical skills, and artistic skills
