📋 Description

• Lead and manage finance-related projects ensuring they are planned, executed, and completed within set timelines and budgets. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully and meet client expectations. • Drive financial success and contribute to the overall financial health of the Consulting Services Team. • Oversee projects from micro to macro timelines and ensure timely execution and high-quality outcomes. • Analyze project data to provide insights into performance and resource utilization. • Identify and evaluate potential risks impacting project timelines, budgets, and outcomes. • Create and manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in Business, Accounting, or a similar field. • Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years as an accounting project manager. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple short-term projects (4 weeks to 3 months) within professional services or client success roles. • Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies, with preferred experience in tools and practices such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. • Strong ability to create project dashboards, analyze data, and track key metrics. • Prior experience with non-profits, charter schools, or socially responsible organizations is preferred. • Microsoft Office 365, proficiency in Excel. • Project Management software (Monday, MS Project, Trello, Zoho Project Management). • QuickBooks, Intacct, FundEZ, or similar accounting software.
